Marketing Science Analyst
We are looking for an experienced analyst to join the strategy unit within NoA Denmark.
Are you experienced with data and analytics, and motivated by using them to make marketing and commercial decisions sharper for strong brands in Denmark and internationally?
We are looking for an experienced analyst to join the strategy unit within NoA Denmark. You will work alongside our lead Data Scientist and a team of experienced strategists on real client challenges for leading Danish and international brands.
What matters most is that you can put analytical methods to work in practice, and that you understand the commercial and marketing context they are applied in.
About NoA
The North Alliance (NoA) is one of the leading strategic and creative networks in the Nordics, with around 1200 people across the group. In Denmark, the NoA family includes &Co, NoA Ignite, Bold, NoA Health and NoA Connect.
We bring together strategy, creativity, design, technology and specialist expertise to help ambitious organisations create growth.
The strategy unit works across NoA, supporting its agencies and clients with strategic and analytical expertise. We focus on understanding how marketing creates value for the business, using data and analysis to help clients make better decisions.
The unit is newly established, giving you the opportunity to join early and help shape how we work.
What you will do
You will work closely with our lead Data Scientist and our strategists, running analyses within the frameworks and approaches he develops, and turning them into the data and insights our strategy consultants build recommendations on.
You will work hands-on with both third-party and client data from leading brands in Denmark and international markets. Your work may cover areas such as marketing performance, customer behaviour, campaign effectiveness and commercial outcomes.
Depending on the project, you might:
Build models and pipelines to gather and analyse web and other external data
Develop and test AI- and LLM-based tools for analysing marketing and advertising
Conduct statistical analyses and modelling, including correlations and regression
Contribute to marketing measurement frameworks, dashboards and reports
Explore new data sources, tools and techniques
Work with strategists and consultants to turn analysis into clear, actionable insights
Take part in client sessions and workshops, presenting findings in a way that lands with commercial and non-technical audiences
You will own your analyses end to end, with a strong senior team around you to spar with along the way.
What we are looking for
This role is suited to someone who already has experience from an agency, media or consultancy environment, or from an in-house marketing or commercial function. Exactly how many years matters less than what you have done with them. A background in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing or a related field is relevant, but what counts most is how you have applied it in practice.
We are looking for someone who:
Understands how marketing and media work commercially, and what actually drives value for a business
Works confidently and independently in Python or R, and is comfortable with SQL
Is strong at applying established analytical and statistical methods to messy, real-world client data
Can explain analysis clearly to non-technical audiences and hold their own in a room with senior stakeholders
Enjoys working with people from different disciplines
Is structured and reliable, and can take an analysis from brief to finished output without close supervision
Is comfortable working in English
Most importantly, you are someone who gets analyses done — pragmatic about method, precise about output, and focused on making the work genuinely useful to the client.
What we offer
Real ownership of analyses for leading brands from day one
Close collaboration with an experienced lead Data Scientist and a strong team of senior strategists
The opportunity to work on challenging projects for leading brands, Danish and international
Exposure to strategy, marketing, data science and AI in a real client environment
The chance to join a new unit early and help shape how we work
A collaborative culture with a flat hierarchy and room to develop
Great colleagues, high ambitions and plenty of fun along the way
